With a proud history of excellence on the international stage, Veteran GM Francois Chalut and is staff are excited to lead Team Canada Men’s (A) to compete for gold once again. The 2026 ISBHF Men’s and Women’s World Ball Hockey Championships will take place June 20–28, 2026 in the Moravian-Silesian Region of Czechia. Hosted at the renowned Ostravar Arena, a premier multi-purpose venue with a capacity of up to 11,000 spectators and a history of hosting elite international events — including the 2024 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship. The City of Ostrava has committed $235,000 CAD (2 million CZK) to host the event, with more than 85,000 fans expected throughout the championship.
